Stacked & Packed – Terms and Conditions for Repack Products

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all repack and surprise products (“Products”) sold or distributed by Stacked & Packed Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”) via any platform, including but not limited to Whatnot, our website, and approved retail partners. By purchasing or participating in a break involving our Products, you (“the Customer”) agree to the following Terms.
1. Product Overview
Stacked & Packed creates curated repack products consisting of collectible trading cards and other related items. Each product is assembled, sealed, and verified for authenticity, fairness, and compliance with platform regulations.
2. Compliance with Whatnot Repack Regulations
We comply fully with all Whatnot regulations and approval standards for repacks and surprise products, including but not limited to:
  • Transparent product descriptions and series checklists.
  • No guarantee of specific hits, players, or teams unless explicitly stated.
  • A fair, randomised allocation process during breaks and sales.
  • Use of secure packaging and tamper-evident seals.
3. Product Verification and Security
Each Stacked & Packed product includes:
  • A unique serial number and QR code that links to our verification system at www.stackedandpacked.co.uk/verify.
  • A digital record confirming the authenticity and series of the product.
  • Security-sealed packaging filmed during the sealing process for transparency and integrity assurance.
  • Products are not opened, altered, or re-sealed after the security seal is applied.
4. Breaker Compliance and Checklist Transparency
Products used in breaks are clearly marked as “Breaker Certified” and accompanied by:
  • A full checklist of potential hits and card types included within the series.
  • A documented and verifiable randomisation process.
  • A fair and transparent break conducted in accordance with Whatnot and UK consumer protection guidelines.
5. The Hobby Fair Play Initiative
Stacked & Packed is a certified participant in the Hobby Fair Play Initiative, promoting fairness and integrity within the repack community. Under this initiative:
  • No product is sealed with a current market value of less than 50% of its retail price (RRP) at the time of sealing.
  • Each repack series is independently reviewed to ensure fair value distribution across all units.
  • Customers can verify certification and batch authenticity via our website using the product’s QR code or serial number.
  • The initiative ensures that all customers have an equal and transparent opportunity to receive valuable cards, fostering trust in the hobby.
6. Market Value and Disclaimer
Card values fluctuate with the market and player performance. While we guarantee fair value at the time of sealing, future value changes are outside of our control.
All contents are as described at the time of packaging. Stacked & Packed does not guarantee the receipt of specific cards, players, or conditions unless explicitly stated.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the collectible and chance-based nature of our products:
  • All sales are final
8. Limitation of Liability
Stacked & Packed shall not be liable for:
  • Market fluctuations in card value.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with random outcomes.
  • Losses arising from unauthorised resale or repackaging.
    Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the original purchase price paid.
9. Intellectual Property
All product designs, logos, names, and packaging materials are the intellectual property of Stacked & Packed Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

Certification Statement
The Hobby Fair Play Initiative certifies that all Stacked & Packed sports trading card repacks are fair, transparent, and trustworthy.
Every product is sealed under camera, verified by serial and QR code, and ensures that no box is worth less than 50% of RRP at the time of sealing.
